David, I can only send you the protein data because the pima indian
and radar data are only on my suns and they are not on the network and
during a temporary move. I have asked steve to send them to you. I have
recently had to make a temporary office move and some of my stuff is 
still in boxes and I am about to leave on a two week vacation. I will
send you descriptive material as soon as I can.
on the protein data ignore the first ten or so numbers, they are parameters
for the networks. the '<' is used as a spacer between proteins and to mark
the beginning and end. the three chars (GLY) are the 3 char codes for
the amino acids (there are 20). the E stands for beta-sheet, the H for
helix and the _ for 'other' or 'coil'. Ignore the numbers that follow
they are biophysical constant that we found did not help and so we stopped
using them.
